1. Confirmation of Booking
    Confirmation of the function(s) and accommodation spaces is subject to availability of firm reservation with letter of understanding and 50% deposit.
  2. Payment
    Full payment is payable to Damai Rainforest Resort Sdn. Bhd: through BANK BUMIPUTRA COMMERCE ACCOUNT NO: 11012000219050.
  3. Cancellation
    Any cancellation or changes received must be made in writing.
    A written notice of cancellation must be received by the camp one month before the function. Otherwise – a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the function, rooms or other facilities will be levied.
  4. Changes
    Any changes in the accommodation booked, number of persons, meals, conference and outdoor facilities must be informed in writing at least fourteen days from the date of arrival. Otherwise the camp will impose one (1) day charge of the total cost of the function, rooms and / or other facilities booked. If no written correspondence on changes in the packages with regards to the number of participants, number and types of activities and other requirements not specified in the agreed programme, the camp shall have the right to decide on this changes on its own discretion.
  5. Group Rooming List
    To submit to the camp the final list / rooming list of participants and officers with itinerary details; flight details not later than seven (7) working days before group`s arrival otherwise with the camp in writing.
  6. Check-in / Check-out Time
    The normal check-in time is 1400 hrs. Check-out time is 1200 hrs. Late check out until 1400 hrs will be entertained subject to availability.
  7. No show Charge
    No show rooms will be subject to a one night`s room of the total cost of the function, rooms, foods and other facilities booked based on the agreed rates.
