Term & Conditions

  1. All rates are nett in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia) and inclusive of 8% SST.
  2. The promotion is not applicable during Malaysia’s public holidays and special event dates.
  3. Standard check-in: 2pm; Standard check-out: 11am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability upon inquiry.
  4. Late check-out with an additional charge of RM25 nett per hour is subject to availability upon inquiry.
  5. Malaysia Tourism Tax at RM10 nett per room per night applies to non-Malaysians is required in cash upon check-in.
  6. Security deposit is required in cash upon check-in.
  7. Full prepayment is required upon confirmation.
  8. Only registered guests are allowed in the resort after 8pm.
  9. Due to health, fire, and safety regulations, do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed in the room.
  10. An additional charge will be applicable for an extra person at RM89 nett includes a set of beddings (mattress, blanket, pillow, and bath towel) with Breakfast for one.

Cancellation Policy

  2. No refund shall be made in the event of no show or shortened stay.
